The rates are charged on a calendar day basis irrespective of arrival time. However, if you pick your dog up before 10am on the day of departure you will not be charged for that day but if you pick up after 10am this will be charged at the full day rate. You need to let us know at the time of booking if you are picking up before 10am otherwise you will be charged for this day.
Payment/Cancellation Terms and Conditions
- A $50 deposit is required as soon as you have met and are happy with the Minder or within 14 working days, whichever is sooner.
- Full payment must be received 14 working days prior to your booking start date.
- No refund will be given for early pickups once booking has commenced.
- Bookings made within 14 working days of departure require the full payment within 24 hours of receiving the Minders details.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, however any bookings that have been accepted prior to a increase in price and where a deposit has been paid, will be honoured at the original quoted price.
- ALL PAYMENTS are to be made to TopDog NOT the Minder.
- If you cancel prior to 14 working days of the start of your booking, you will get a refund of all money paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 working days of the start of your booking you will forfeit a $50 cancellation fee and the balance of any payment made will be held as a credit towards your next booking.

Privacy & Security Policy
At TopDog Minders we look after your privacy. Any private information collected and/or stored by this site will never be passed to a third party for the purposes of marketing. All data is stored in a password protected database on a secure web server.
- Collection of personal information — the personal information we ask for when you make a booking online or by phone is used only for TopDog Minders staff and Minders so we can organise the most appropriate minder for your dog and to mail you a dog tag for your dog so you can benefit from our free lost dog service.
- Disclosure (sharing) — No information is shared for marketing purposes with any other company or person. No credit card information is stored on any of TopDog Minders databases.
- Rights and choices — you have the right to request access and correction to any personal information we hold about you.
